“MTV” is a surreal fifteen-second collage of sounds that was played in Jason Galea’s 2015 MTV Artist Ident. According to Galea’s website, he directed, designed and animated the clip while Stu made the music. Following the video’s release, it made a quick appearance during the band’s unannounced demo stream on September 2nd, 2020. While most demos from the broadcast would make it into the first two volumes of their bootleg demo compilations, “MTV” didn’t see an official drop until August 31st, 2023 with the release of Demos Vol. 5: Music To Think Existentially To.
