Show Notes: Evil Death Roll contained Iron Lung teases and quotes. Sad Pilot contained Hot Water teases. Rats In the Sky was dedicated to Elvis Presley. In Daily Blues, Ambrose quotes I Feel Like a Woman (Shania Twain) while wearing cowboy hats from her Vegas residency. Shanghai contained vocal samples from a slot machine, Magenta Mountain teases, and Grow Wings and Fly... quotes.
